INFORMATION FOR GUESTS

Room rates are per room based per night.

Apartment rates are given for independent, self catering use, that is excluding breakfast and meals. However, if desired, these can be booked on site and paid for separately as extras.

Prices include the use of the swimming pool (late May to September), final cleaning service, free admission to the Biopark and Casa Nardi, the use of the on-site table tennis equipment (in the summer) water and energy consumption. Mountain bikes are available on request, as are electrically assisted e-bikes on payment of a deposit.

Wireless Internet access is available for free throughout Montagna Verde.

Pets are allowed for an additional payment of € 15/25 (depending on the size)per stay per week, or per part of a week, to be paid onsite. The owners of the animals are responsible for their behaviour and are therefore required to keep them under control at all times, especially in public areas.

All rooms and apartments have private bathrooms with showers, bed and bath linen (one large towel and bidet towel per person). There is no air conditioning but this is not necessary given the local climate even in summer. Bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and detergent/soap dispensers. As well as bed and bath linen, the apartments are also equipped with crockery. There are no tablecloths or napkins, nor ingredients for cooking. Some items may be purchased in our shop which sells locally produced products, or there is a small convenience store 3 km away. Alternatively, after a short drive (about 15 km), you can reach Aulla and Masero, where there are shopping centres.

The apartments and rooms are cleaned, and bed linen and towels changed, at the end of your stay or, for stays longer than 7 nights, every week. On customer’s request, room cleaning can be done every third or fourth day of the stay for no additional charge, including a change of towels. Bed linen will be changed once a week.

SUPPLEMENTS: €10 for cleaning and tidying more often, when requested by the customer at reception or from the breakfast staff. €5 per extra towel change on request per person. €10 per extra bed linen change on request. Linen is provided by us, based on the number of people booked. For extra bed linen to be made available, there is an additional charge of €10.

CHECK IN: The rooms and apartments are available from 4pm on day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.

CHECK OUT: 10am. In the event of arrival before 4pm, it is advisable to let us know. For departures after 10am (to be agreed with us) there may be a €20 surcharge up until 2pm, €50 up until 7.30pm.

GUEST REGULATION

Dear Guests,
We warmly welcome you to our Agriturismo and we want to make you aware of the house rules:

  1.  During your stay, safeguard our natural environment and pay attention to the rational consumption of water and electricity.
  2.  Behavior, activities and use of equipment that cause disturbance or damage to other guests must be avoided at any time within the structure. Adults are responsible for the behavior of minors in their care, as well as for their pets. Please do not slam the doors but accompany them, if you return home late, close the entrance door and your room slowly. Do not stop and speak loudly on the terrace and in the common lounge between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm and 11:30 pm to 8:00 am, any noise that could disturb the rest of the guests is also prohibited during these hours. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms and in the interior spaces. It is not allowed to throw papers, butts and rubbish out of the special bins.
  3. Hours: upon arrival, the accommodations are available from 16:00 and must be vacated on the day of departure by approximately 10:00. Upon request to the Management, a postponed departure with possible payment of the relative supplement can be evaluated, as well as an arrival before 16:00. The keys on departure must be kept on the door and placed outside it.
  4. The main entrance doors of the farmhouse are not locked and you can therefore come and go at any time. We also inform you that the main common areas of the farm are subject to video surveillance.
  5.  Upon arrival, registration is made with identity documents. It is forbidden to allow unregistered persons to stay overnight by authorized personnel.
  6.  In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, except in exceptional cases. With the consent of the management, it is possible to recover the deposit at a later date. For early departures, payment is required for the entire unused period, except in exceptional cases.
  7.  Payment for the stay can be made with cash (for amounts less than € 999.00), checks, credit cards and debit cards, preferably the evening before departure, at the reception which is located in the central tower.
  8.  Breakfast (traditional, based on our products) is served from 8:10 am to 9:45 am in the restaurant room of the central tower and in the spring-summer period also in the breakfast room of the “Borgo Antico di Apella ”(if you need different times, please notify the staff). If not included in the reserved treatment, breakfast can be booked the night before (as an extra).
  9. Typical meals are served in the restaurant room of the central tower-building, and can be booked (in case they are not already included in the booked board) by informing the staff, even by those who carry out the “self catering” apartment treatment: lunch is served from approximately 13:00 to 14:00, dinner from approximately 19:45 to 21:00. They can be “à la carte” or in “pension” mode. The dinner included in the half board treatment (no table reservation required) includes typical tastings (which we change every evening) based on 2 first courses of homemade pasta and 2 second courses of local meat with side dish and homemade desserts (drinks not included) . At least once during the stay our typical appetizer is served (on request it can be served at every dinner, paying the relative supplement). It is also possible to request a travel basket in advance for lunch at the breakfast room and take advantage of the bar service at the central tower.   10.  Tidying up: the lodgings and rooms are cleaned, with also bed and bath linen change, at the end of the stay or, for stays longer than 7 nights, every week. At the request of the customer, the rooms can be cleaned every third / fourth day of the stay for free, including the change of towels, while the bed linen will be changed once a week. SUPPLEMENTS: € 10 for extra cleaning and rearrangement, to be requested by the customer at the reception or from the breakfast staff, € 4 for extra towel change on request per person, € 5 for extra linen change on request. Linen is provided by the farmhouse, based on the number of people booked. For extra sheets to those made available, the price is 5 euros.
  11.  Internet service: the farm offers its customers the opportunity to use the free WI-FI service, you must log in with your mobile device by entering your e-mail address or your social profile (eg. Facebook, etc.). There is no password to enter.
  12. In the event of damage to the structure, objects or loss of keys, a penalty will have to be paid which will be charged on the cost of the stay and calculated based on the extent of the damage caused.
  13. The parking is not guarded. It will be the responsibility of the guests to keep valuable personal items, both in the rooms and in the common areas of the farmhouse. The Agriturismo assumes no responsibility in the event of theft or damage.
  14. Please report any damage or objections to the service immediately to reception or management.
  15. At the reception are available brochures, maps, trail maps and publications on the territory, train and ferry timetables, bicycles.
  16. Admission to the L’Abete Bianco educational farm and biopark as well as to the “Casa Nardi” visitor center is free and free. Our staff is at the complete disposal of guests. We will take care of informing you about the opportunities in the area, furthermore for any doubt or need for clarification please refer to our collaborators or directly to the Management at the reception. Management contacts and useful numbers are posted in the common hall of the Borgo Antico and at the entrance to the restaurant of the central tower.
